Osmio 2.5" x 10" Carbon Block 5 Micron Filter Dual Pack - All Questions
Do these filters have a shelf life? I.e. can I buy 4 now to last me the next 2 years?

There is no shelf life for the carbon filter. The filters have to be stored in dry conditions, in original sealed packaging.

We do have a range of filters stuiabel for standard 2.5 x 10" housings but in order to know if they are compatible with the quick change housing on your system we will need some more information about the size of the current filters. If you can please send us over the dimensions of your current filters we can see if we have any compatible ones. You can send information to us by emailing info@osmiowater.co.uk

I've got one of your filters,,, not sure what they call it but I use osmio 2.5"x 10" carbon block 5 micron filter which sits inside it. The black thing that is used to tighten it up has broken. What do they call this black thing and how much are they please.
