This product can be used in many areas, for example, to sanitise hands/body surfaces, fruits, vegetables, tableware, home, office, etc, pets, toys, bathing areas, bleaching and degrading pesticides.
Its salt and water formulation makes it a safe, hygienic and healthy alternative way to disinfect.
When used on the skin, the solution can be used as a small wound disinfectant, anti-inflammatory, anti-infection, can provide relief of itching from mosquito bites.
When used in the house, the sanitiser can be used to sanitise toothbrushes, denture disinfecting, used to sanitise baby bottles etc, used to clean all areas of the home.
Warranty: 1 year warranty. Stainless steel parts may corrode if come in contact with the solution. This will not affect the performance of the product and is not covered by the warranty.

Product Questions
In the manual it suggests 30 g of salt, although the video suggests only 12g. Does more salt make any difference to the concentration, and how much salt should we use for 2l water?

Does this mean the solution would burn skin in the same way as neat bleach would?
2) The sanser is mentioned to be used to clean food, when cleaning the food does one have to rinse with water afterwards. Or could I spray my plate of salad and then consume?

What is the contact time required to sanitise surfaces?
The contact time is 60 seconds for 1276.
My manual only says 12g of salt and it's the duration that decides the concentration. But I see in one of the questions below that another person's manual says to use 30g and so do Osmio... Which is right...?
Can it be stored in any plastic container - i'm worried about leaching?
Can it be used in an emergency to sterilise drinking water?
(I've been told a couple of drops of bleach is better than nothing if desperate.)

It can be stored in plastic. The solution is an oxidizer meaning it will degrade materials that can oxidize, plastic is not one of them.
We do not recommend using a solution for human consumption. You can use a gravity filter to get safe water in an emergency (you can put it through any freshwater). Dirty water will leave marks and discoloration on filters, but it will be microbiologically safe.
