We are unable to give any medical recommendations. DDW is a product that helps to lower deuterium in tissues. If you are looking to lower the delirium level in tissues it is recommended to lower deuterium gradually. Please see the below on how to lower deuterium gradually. 4 weeks 85 ppm, 4 weeks 65 ppm, 4 weeks 45ppm, and then it is advised to take a test to check what are the deuterium level in the tissue to see how the body is responding.

Can I dilute it with normal water? With the same effects?

You can dilute this to make higher D level if that is what you want and follow the mixing table guide
