Product Questions

How to dispose of used filters? We are so conscious of plastic pollution now: what is the category of the triple filter system?
Question by: Elizabeth on 4 Apr 2022, 16:19
Hello Elizabeth,
These quick change filters can be recycle and disposed of as per the below.

(Stage 1) 5 Micron Sediment Filter : this can simply be placed into the plastics recycling.

(Stage 2 & 3) Granular Activated Carbon Filters:
These filters can be placed in plastics recycling. However, the bottom of the filter will first need to be cut open using a hacksaw. The carbon can then be removed and thrown into the bin before placing the filters in recycling.

Can you tell me please the weight of the three water filter cartidges in their packet? I need to take them abroad with me and have to be included in my baggage allowance. Thank you
Question by: Jonquil Bennett on 28 Dec 2021, 17:54
filters are packed in individual boxes, 35x7x7. They are also sealed in plastic, so you can take them out of the boxes. The total weight of the 3 filters is about 2 kg.
