Product Questions

Invoice #100032020.
I bought an Osmio swan neck chrome water filter tap (sku 296700) in October 2019 (Invoice #100032020). It is dripping badly but I can't see how to repair it. Can you please advise.

Many thanks in anticipation.

Hi Geoff, you may need to take out the valve by taking the handle off and soak it in vinegar or citric acid to descale it and see if that works. If not, then the tap will have to be changed.

Does the tap work for hot and cold water?
Question by: Morgan Taylor-wrighton on 25 Jan 2021, 11:32
no, this is a single dispensing tap normally connected to a filter or hard water bypass

I want to buy this tap and fit it to your double filter housing, all will be a new install. What size pipe do I select from tap to filter outlet please...
Question by: Mark on 6 Apr 2022, 07:42
If you are fitting the tap to one of our Indra kits you will need to choose the 1/4" tubing option, if you are using a different kit then please let us know so we can further advise.
Answer by: Sharon Little (Admin) on 6 Apr 2022, 08:29
the tap has 1/4 connection for filtered water

How do I know which size fitting to order?
Question by: HP on 12 Mar 2021, 10:40
if you ordering the tap for existing installation - check the tubing size you have. Most of the time tubing is marked with 1/4, or 3/8. If there are no markings on the tubing measure diameter of the tubing you have. It will be around 6mm for 1/4 ''or around 10mm for 3/8''
