This 3-way tap filter kit package can be used with any 3-way tap on the market and includes all of the 3-way taps we supply. If you are ordering an Osmio 3-way tap and want this filter kit, simply order both items together and you will be automatically supplied with the correct fitting. If you are connecting to a different make of 3-way tap an additional fitting may have to be purchased.
The standard kit comes as follows:
1 of Osmio 2.5 x 10 Inch 5 Micron Coconut Carbon Block - NSF Certified
1 of White Housing for 2.5 x 10 Inch (9 3/4") Filter with a bracket, spanner and screws
1 of Length of 1/4" or 3/8 tubing (2 metres)
1 of Feed-in valve with 1/2" male and 1/2" female - this is designed to go in between the flexible hose and copper pipe of the cold side connection.

The NSF-certified Osmio Carbon Block filters use coconut carbon filtration technology to maximize the carbon capacity and prevent channeling whilst maintaining a low-pressure drop leading to more efficient water filtration.
Suited to processes where the life of the carbon is never fully used. A carbon cartridge manufactured from acid-washed bituminous Granular Activated Carbon
(GAC) and extruded into a carbon block format. Constructed with an outer polypropylene wrap that protects and extends the life of the carbon block, capturing particles and preventing premature plugging

The filter is a compatible replacement water filter cartridge for similar 10" filter housings including brands such as Pentek, Ametek, Culligan, Whirlpool and so on. It will fit all under sink water filter housings which use a standard size small 10" x 2.5" filter replacement cartridge.
