Hello,
Do the coldstream filters take out as many impurities as the black berkey filters? in addition to fluoride? Also, if I am using 2 coldstream filters instead of 2 black filters, should I expect them to last a similar amount of time? (I can't find any info on how many litres the coldstream ones process) thanks :-)

Coldstream filters will reduce the same impurities, and do not require additional filters for fluoride reduction. You can check tested impurity reduction rates on the listing: https://www.osmiowater.co.uk/2-coldstream-sentry-fto-2-9-x-8-ceramic-gravity-water-filter.html. Each filter should be used for 500L for the best performance. Typically they have to be changed every 6 months.

Will these work with a propur ? And do they remove fluoride?

They are suitable for Propur, however will not effectively reduce fluoride.
Coldstream gravity filters will reduce fluoride effectively. You can find reports on the product page.

Do the berkey filters fit into the osmio gravity? And am I right in thinking they last substantially longer than the Coldstream filters?

Yes, the Black Berkey filters will fit into the Osmio Clarity gravity filter system. The Black Berkey filters carry a 2 year warranty, we recommend changing the Coldstream Sentry filters every 6 months.

The Black Berkey water filter elements are 8 1/2" long excluding the stem. They should fit most gravity filter systems, however, we would advise checking the depth of the top filter chamber of the system to ensure sufficient depth to accommodate the filters.

The Black Berkey filters carry a 2-year warranty
