Important delivery service updates 

Due to the high volume of abandoned deliveries at the border following new shipping rules (which now involve Osmio charging no VAT and EU customers paying VAT and in some cases duty and custom clearance fees on that side) we have temporarily disabled check out to EU countries.

However, we still can ship to the EU - but please email us at info@osmiowater.co.uk with your details and what you would like to order. We will then get a quotation from DHL which will include local taxes and all other charges and we will notify you of the costs and if you agree, we can create your order. 

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. 

 

Order online now before 3.30pm (Mon-Fri) for same day dispatch. (before 13:00 for international orders). 

We deliver on Monday to Friday and offer Saturday deliveries for Mainland UK.

Free delivery on all orders over £20 for Mainland UK (Except Scottish Highlands)

Free delivery on all orders over £50 for all other UK postcodes.

 

Please note that we kindly request that in the event of receiving a damaged parcel you sign for it as damaged by writing damaged with your signature clearly. This helps us easily resolve insurance claims with couriers.

Local taxes and charges are not included for shipments outside the UK unless agreed otherwise. You will receive an email containing the carrier and tracking number. It is receiver's responsibility to arrange custom clearance and pay local tax.
