Once you have placed your order for a Osmio Duo generator refurb we will send you a courier label (UK mainland) with instructions on how to return your Hydrogen Duo water bottle to our workshop, please contact us if you are outside of the UK so we can quote return shipping or provide you with information in returning your bottle for full assessment and refurb.
Refurb and Duo bottle assessment includes a full generator health check, battery health check with replacement battery provided if required and PCB health check with replacement if required.
Our engineers will carry out the refurb and health check and it will be returned to you within a few working days.
