Hello, we had our system installed by our plumbers but would like to change the filters ourselves. Could you tell me which the pre and post-filters are, and where can I find instructions on how to change them please?

Many thanks

If you look at product page, they are in the related products block

The manual gives no instruction on how to replace the antibacterial filter which is different from the other 3. Where can I find this information?
Question by: Suzanne on 27 Dec 2022, 17:19
The antibacterial filters is an encapsulated filter, so as it does not have a housing you just need to disconnect the push fittings at either end to remove the old filter and then attach the new filter. You can watch how to connect and disconnect push fittings in the video below:

Hi,

Can you confirm if these filters can be recycled as I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.
I haven't ordered the final two filters for the Osmio HT+Home & Office yet as they don't need changing - but can they be recycled as well, thanks
Question by: Tereza on 3 Mar 2023, 15:06
The plastics on the filter tops can be recycled. The media inside and body will have to be disposed of.
