Please get in touch prior to ordering to troubleshoot/ qualify the return. This service is UK only.
Once you have placed an order for the Osmio service if you are based in the UK we will send you a pre paid label with instructions on how to return the system to our workshop. Our engineers will carry out the service or repair and the system will be delivered to you within the next few days.
