Refurbishment for Osmio Zero
Regular maintenance of the Osmio Zero is important to ensure safe and effective operation of Osmio Zero. If your Osmio Zero is no longer in warranty we can help fix any and all issues that may be causing problems. We run in house maintenance and repair services by trained engineers.
Included in the Osmio Zero refurbishment:
- System health diagnosis
- Replacing parts that are broken (dial knob, nozzle etc)
- Pump replacement if required
- Solenoid vavle replacement if required
- Tubing to solenoid
- Descaling (removing hard deposits manually when the system hasn't been descaled regularly)
- Sanitisation
Supply tank and filter replacements are not included
Once you have placed an order for the Osmio Zero refurbishment service if you are based in the UK we will send you a pre paid Parcelforce label with instructions on how to return the system to our workshop. Our engineers will carry out the refurbishment service and the system will be delivered to you within the next few days.
If you are outside of the UK we will send you instructions on how to return the system and recommend which courier to use.
